Forest Homecare is recruiting Community Care Assistants to work in Essex. No experience is necessary as full paid training is provided. As a Care assistant, you will need to have a professional, caring, and flexible approach.
Your main duties will include:
- Helping our Service Users maintain their independence and dignity.
- Assisting our Service Users with all aspects of personal care such as dressing, undressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Supporting with preparing and serving meals.
- Maintaining the service user’s physical environment including laundry, changing, and making beds, tidying, and light cleaning duties
We provide care 365 days a year between the hours of 6 am to 11 pm and split this over 4 shifts (Morning, Lunch, Tea, and Bed).
Experience:
This role is varied, and every day is different, so being adaptable, and using your common sense and initiative are a ‘must’ for this role. You do not need to have worked as a Care Assistant before applying to us, but all experience in this field will help.
