Keeley joined Forest Homecare in 2010 as a part-time care assistant and worked her way up to Branch Manager of our Suffolk team in 2023. With a background in retail and hospitality, she brings a fresh perspective to home care management. Keeley is passionate about delivering high-quality support, with a strong focus on rota planning, staff development and creative problem-solving. She’s proud to lead a team that goes above and beyond for people across Sudbury, Long Melford and the surrounding area.

Senior Health Care assistant – Sudbury
Empathetic Senior Care Assistant with 5 years of success in providing ongoing physical and emotional support to dividuals suffering from various illness, diseases, and mental health disorders. Highly adept at assessing, observing, and speaking to patients to record symptoms and medical histories to develop effective treatment plans. JR stated that the carer is very nice and is helpful. JR stated that she is happy with the support that Forest Homecare provides and is thankful for the support.

During a home visit for a care and support plan review, JS and his wife PS – his main carer – stated that they think the carers from Forest Homecare and lovely. JS explained that they are always helpful, get everything done, and always ask whether they can do anything else at the end of the visit. JS finds the carers friendly and has stated that he feels as though he can always have a chat and a laugh with them. JS and PS are very appreciative of the support offered to them by Forest Homecare.

Telephone call received from Social Worker to advice she had been out to see FG and family were also there and they praised FHC very highly and especially Joseph.

Family wanted to thank me for going out to see her yesterday and making her feel better. She also praised the carers naming, Vikki and Nyasha as being amazing, she said BS was really happy with them and BS felt really comfortable with them. Family said she really appreciated the care and support.

JE wanted me to know that when she met Dawn and Mandy for her care assessment, they were absolutely brilliant and so professional. JE said she felt at ease after they had visited.
