Forest Homecare is recruiting a Compliance Administrator to join our Colchester team. Working from our Forest Homecare office in Sible Hedingham, Essex.
Your main duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls
- Compliance support
- Quality Assurance Questionnaires
- Care Certificate completion for all new care staff
- Ensuring correct completion of financial sheets
- Supporting the area manager with office duties
Deal with medication issues and support carers with any queries
Completing care record audits and dealing with any issues that are found.
Completing medication audits and dealing with any discrepancies found.
Experience:
- Office experience would be preferred but not essential as full training and support will be given with all aspects of computer systems used
- You will have excellent organizational skills and effectively manage priorities, working well under pressure
- You will have excellent communication and written skills
- You will be able to deal sensitively and effectively with calls from service users, their representatives such as health and social care professionals and all other organisations.

- Care Management: 4 years (preferred)
